Terms and conditions

Below are the general terms of trade for users of linddna.com, driven and owned by LIND DNA ApS, Marselis Boulevard 9, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark CVR.: 31851378

We recommend that you read the terms of trade before buying at the web shop linddna.com.

1. PURCHASES AT LINDDNA.COM

The purchase is valid as you as a customer receive an order confirmation from LIND DNA.

Subject to price errors, etc. due to currency changes, war, terror, natural disasters, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold out items and typographical errors.

Subject to products not in stock and deferred delivery time at LIND DNA's wholesalers.

2. ORDERING AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

1. Find the item or items you want to order
2. Enter the number of items and click "Add to cart"
3. In the shopping cart you can browse your selected items and use a gift code (if any). You also have the option to delete or add items.
4. Go to cart and click "go to checkout". Please note that you cannot combine multiple gift codes in the same purchase.
5. After you have proceeded from the shopping cart, please enter your personal information, choose your delivery method and payment method.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt on your informed email address confirming receipt of your order.

Immediately after the parcel is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your parcel's unique tracking number (track & trace number), an order confirmation and an invoice of the purchase.

9. If this does not happen, please contact our customer service at support@linddna.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 
3. CHANGES AND ANNULMENT OF THE ORDER

As all orders are dispatched quickly after ordering, cancellations and changes to orders must be made no later than 2pm the same day the order is placed. This can be done by sending an email to support@linddna.com or by contacting our customer service on +45 31 12 29 26

If you regret your purchase, we kindly ask you to refuse the receipt of the parcel or receive the parcel and return the parcel to LIND DNA at the address:

4. SHIPPING INFORMATION AND PRICES

We ship to the entire EU as well as Norway and Switzerland. If delivery is wanted for additional countries, please contact our customer service. This can be done by sending an email to support@linddna.com or by contacting customer service on +45 31 12 29 26

The order will be shipped no later than the first business day after the order has been confirmed and we expect to be able to deliver within 3 - 5 business days. However, we reserve the right to contact you as a customer if the delivery time is longer due to sold out items.

Below you can read more about the shipping methods we offer and the associated prices.

The price you pay for delivery depends on the delivery method you want and the total product value of your order. If your cart exceeds 100 euros, - you will receive free shipping on selected shipping methods - cf. below.





5. PRICES

All prices are incl. VAT if nothing else is mentioned. Prices are only valid for EU + Norway and Switzerland.

 

6. PAYMENT & SECURITY

When you shop at linddna.com, your payment takes place in a secure environment. No one (except yourself) can read your credit card information or other sensitive payment information as all these data are encrypted.

You can confirm that this is a safe place to shop, in one of the following two (2) ways.

1) A padlock is displayed in the address bar at the top of your browser, indicating that the connection is secure and that all your information is private.

2) We use encrypted HTTPS protocol, which is also indicated in the address bar. This type of encryption is the same type of encryption you find on your online bank, on the TAX website, etc.

At linddna.com you can pay with the common credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro) and with Klarna Invoice.

When paying by credit card, which is also free of charge, we will not deduct the money until your order has been processed and we can never withdraw a larger amount than what you have approved in connection with the payment.

7. RETURNS

Full Returns - If you cancel your purchase, LIND DNA provides full returns. However, the item must be returned in original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition. This must be done within 14 days from the day you receive your package or from the day your package lands at the desired service point. Returned items must be accompanied by completed return voucher with reason codes for your return.

Return of goods is at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the return package are properly packaged.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be made within 7 business days after arrival to our warehouse, after which the money should be visible on your account. If you have paid with MasterCard, however, it may take up to thirty (30) days before the money is visible on your account.

Refunds of orders paid by invoice run automatically through the invoice provider, and of course you only pay for the goods you keep.

RETURN OF CHRISTMAS PRESENTS

All products purchased during the period 1 November to 23 December are considered Christmas gifts, which means that all orders placed during this period can be returned until January 31.

IMPAIRMENT

Please return goods in good, undamaged and unused condition to expect a refund of the purchase price of the product. If goods are not returned in substantially the same condition as delivery (including original brands), then we reserve the right to refund you a lesser amount than the original purchase value, which will usually accrue to €. 0 as we can’t resell. used goods.


You are of course welcome to unpack the product without it affecting the value of the product.

Of course, the above is not valid for approved claims for good which have already been used.

 

8. RETURNS

As a consumer, you have 2 years of warranty, which means that you can either have your item repaired, replaced, money back or a price reduction, according to the specific situation. It is, of course, required that the return is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Should the item break during the warranty period, this will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer's workshop. LIND DNA cannot be held liable for indirect consequential damages that products sold by LIND DNA may have created, unless it follows directly from Danish law. For the procedure for complaints, please refer to the Purchasing Act.

A complaint must always be made within "reasonable time" after the defect or damage has been discovered, which will usually be within a two (2) month period after the complaint has been discovered.

HOW TO CREATE A COMPLAINT

Contact our customer service at support@linddna.com and refer to your order number. Send a description of the complaint and please attach a picture of the error, and we will process your complaint case and contact you for further agreement regarding return etc. If you have any questions, you can always contact customer service on +45 31 12 29 26


RETURNED GOODS WITH NO DEFECTS

If the customer returns defective or incorrect products to LIND DNA, where errors or defects, defined and stated by the customer, are not found, the goods will be returned to the customer. LIND DNA reserves the right to charge shipping costs in this case.

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. When you place an order at linddna.com, you agree that we may pass selected information to the freight carrier you choose to deliver your parcel, as this information ensures that we can deliver your parcel to the correct address.

11. RESERVATION

LIND DNA is only liable for material damage caused by delivered products, if provided with sufficient documentation of that the damage occurred is due to LIND DNA’s error or negligence. LIND DNA is not liable for operational losses, loss of earnings or other financial consequences arising from damage caused by LIND DNA.
